  • How do I access my Tenant Portal?

    If the Tenant Portal is enabled for your property, you will receive an automated invitation to your email. You can also click here to watch a video on using the portal.


    If you don't have an invite, then text 773-676-2050 te request access.

  • How do I request maintenance or extermination?

    Once log into the tenant portal select the New Request button to enter service request.

  • Can I smoke cannabis in a CHA rental?

  • How often is rent due and how can I pay it?

    Rent is due monthly  on the 1st of each month. 



  • How can I pay rent?

    You can be able to pay rent  online through:

    • Tenant portal (credit card, debit card or ACH/eCheck)
    • CashApp
    •  Zelle
    • PayPal

    The is not charge when making payments via tenant portal when using account and routing number. 


    For ACH, the money will not leave your account immediately, so you will need to leave the balance in the account until the process is completed. 


    Payments will only be accept  through these electronic payment options.

  • What does the tenant portal do?

    The Tenant Portal is an online tool provided for you at no cost. You will be able to:

    1. Pay your rent online.
    2. View your previous and upcoming payments.
    3. Add your renter's insurance information (if needed).
    4. Submit and track maintenance requests.
  • Who do I contact?

    Please use the Tenant Portal as your first point of contact for lease inormation, maintenance request and payments. click here

  • Who needs to fill out an application?

    Any adult over the age of 18 will fill out an application and pay the non-refundable application fee.

  • How long is the lease term?

    Leases normally run for one year, sometimes with an option to renew.  Depending on the unit, we may be able to work with you on different terms.

  • Do you run background checks?

    Yes. As part of your rental application, we will be requesting background checks from TransUnion that include a criminal, eviction, and credit history. 


    If you have any concerns about what may be on the background check, please discuss this with us prior to paying for the rental application.

  • If something is broken, will you fix it?

    We will always fix everything that is our responsibility as outlined in your lease agreement. 


    If there are any damages that are not covered, please let us know and we may have a contractor that we can recommend.
